This policy explains what Saving Paws Scheduler collects, how we use it, and how we handle data from Google. It applies to the scheduling app hosted at book.savingpaws.online.

Information we collect
- Booking details a creator enters to schedule an interview: name, email, and the time slot they pick.
- Basic technical logs needed to run the booking service securely.
Google user data
To schedule interviews, the app connects to a Google account that our team controls and uses the Google Calendar API to create, view, update, and delete interview appointment events on that team calendar.
We request only the calendar access needed for scheduling. We do not access a creator's personal Google account, Gmail, contacts, files, or any other Google data.
Saving Paws Scheduler's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use the data
We use booking details and calendar access only to schedule and manage interview calls. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and no person reads calendar data except to operate this feature or where the law requires it.
Limited Use of Google data
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not:
- use Google user data to serve advertising, including personalized or targeted advertising;
- sell or transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers;
- use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
- use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models;
- allow humans to read Google user data, except with your consent to resolve a specific support request, where required by law, or on data that has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Retention and deletion
Interview events stay on our team calendar as long as we need them to run the interviews, then are removed. The owner of the connected Google account can disconnect the app at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which revokes our access. To have your booking details deleted, email us at the address above.
Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and the service runs over HTTPS. Access is limited to our team.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
